Always exhausted, how to get more energy?
My boyfriend owns his own landscaping business. He is always exhausted and falling asleep constantly. We were wondering if there are any ways for him to have more energy.
He is 22, young, and it cant be healthy to be this tired. Hes a hard worker and works long hours. He walks a lot during the day getting tons of exercise in his job. He walks 10 miles a day most the time and drinks lots of water all day to keep hydrated.

Well, let me tell you that no energy drinks like red-bull and full throttle don’t work. and if he would Just maybe take a few breaks when he is walking the 10 miles, it would help. and also slow the business down a little if u can, and maybe hire a few more people so that he isn’t so busy with work. He might have mono,?

it could be something medical…not too serious but something like Diabetes…which is treatable for the most part!!
have him see a Dr.
in the mean time, make sure he is getting good sleep 6-8 hrs is he dreaming alot?? that can cause him not to feel well rested.
seeing as hes a landscaper he could just be tired…is he out of shape? that can cause him to feel more tired than he should.
a great way to get energy is to hit the gym in the morning for 20 mins.
trust me its hard to get up earlier than you have to, but it does work!!
does he drink a lot of energy drinks or coffee? if so it can have a negative effect, you can build up a tolerance!!
